Regulations of MUCHO BINGO Contest
The MUCHO contest is active since October 1, 2009, to midnight on December 31, 2015, or while participating stock codes last. There is no purchase necesarry to participate.
At the time of purchase of a MUCHO Mondo recharge (telephone credit recharge with MUCHO contest participation), participation in the contest is automatic. Activate your recharge by pressing on your MUCHO SIM card equipped telephone : *123#PIN. Validate by pressing on the green button. Our system will then automatically verify the value of your recharge and your gift. You will then recieve an SMS confirming your participation in the contest and the amount of telephone credit you have won.
You can also participate without purchase of a MUCHO recharge. Obtain your MUCHO contest participation code by sending a prepaid post card with your first and last name, date of birth, address in Switzerland and cell phone number, or fixed Suisse number, with the mention of the MUCHO contest, to: MUCHO - Post-office box 1528 - 1211 Geneva 26 La Praille. If all of the required information is provided, you will then receive exclusively by SMS or telephone your PIN code for participation in the MUCHO contest. You then dial 0800 007.771 from a fixed telephone line or mobile phone connected to the Swiss network. The vocal server Bomba, a Beeone Communications SA prepayed card, requires you to press your PIN code, then will indicate if this is a winning code. If so, a free telephone credit of the value of your prize is credited onto your participating PIN code, and you can then dial a phone number. Your telephone credit can be used in several calls; for that, you must simply dial the same number of access, 0800 007.771, and re-use the same PIN code. The communication tariffs are those in accordance with the Bomba product. They can be reviewed at www.bomba-card.com.
In the absence of a Swiss mobile phone number indicated on your contest post card, BeeOne Communications AG will call you to give the PIN code of participation in the MUCHO contest. BeeOne Communications AG will attempt to call three times, between 9:00 and 18:00, in the 10 business days following the reception of the postcard.
The MUCHO contest, free without obligation of purchase, is opened to all, with the exception of the collaborators of Beeone Communications AG thus with their families. The minimum age of participation is 16 years. No more than one participating PIN code will be attributed per household.
The price is a telephone credit; it cannot be converted to money and cannot be exchanged. It can only be used as a telephone credit giving the right to a number of telephone airtime minutes according to the called destination and the type of telephone used (public, mobile, phone booth or fixed telephone). MUCHO and Bomba reserve the right to change the tariffs without notice.
No notification will be given and any legal recourse is excluded.
The participants in the MUCHO contest give the right to Beeone Communications SA to use their phone number or e-mail for informative or promotional reasons. If you do not wish to receive SMS or email, call the free number: 0800 444.011.
